Benefits 

It's a way to pay for your anti-wrinkle treatment over a number of months rather than in one go at your appointment. Budgeting can be hard, even if you save a certain amount per month, it's easy to use that money for something else. With this plan you don't have to worry about budgeting or the stress of a big payment just before Christmas or birthdays!

Know the Plan

You can cancel your subscription at any time

This is a maintenance plan and treatments will only occur once payments have been received for the set amount of time stated in the plan. 3 payments for 3 monthly and 4 payments for 4 monthly. If you want treatment prior to this and it is reasonable to do so, then the outstanding amount would be payable at the time of treatment. If you should choose to cancel prior to the next treatment, your payments will be added as credit to your account, rather than refunded.

Feel Secure

We do not hold your card/bank details. You will set up the direct debit through GoCardless who is well known and reputable. They are authorised by the FCA, are GDPR compliant. Direct debits are also at much lower risk for fraudsters than credit card transactions.

Membership Overview
Our membership is a monthly payment plan designed to spread the cost of your ongoing aesthetic treatments. It includes access to scheduled appointments and exclusive member benefits.

Payments

  • Membership fees are collected monthly via Direct Debit (GoCardless).

  • Payments are taken on the same date each month.

  • Payments are non-refundable once collected.

Minimum Term

  • Membership requires a minimum commitment of 3 months for Elite and Premium, 4 months for Advanced and Essential 

  • If you would like treatment prior to this and it is reasonable to do so, then the outstanding amount would be payable at the time of treatment. If you should choose to cancel prior to the next treatment, your payments will be added as credit to your account, rather than refunded.

  • Cancellation requires 30 days’ written notice after the minimum term.

Treatment Entitlement

  • Membership includes treatment appointments at agreed intervals (every 3 or 4 months depending on your plan).

  • Treatments must be used within the membership period and cannot be accumulated indefinitely.

  • Missed or unused treatments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Medical Suitability

  • All treatments are subject to medical consultation and prescription approval.

  • Treatment may be declined if not clinically appropriate.

  • In such cases, alternative options or account credit may be offered at the clinic’s discretion.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule appointments.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of that treatment.​

Refund Policy

  • Membership fees cover access to a treatment plan and associated services.

  • Refunds are not provided for partial use, missed treatments, or early cancellation.

General

  • Membership benefits are non-transferable.

  • The clinic reserves the right to amend pricing or benefits with reasonable notice.
